Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automobile Grade 2 Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, testing, and enhancement of automotive systems and components. This role requires a deep understanding of automotive engineering principles, hands-on experience in the field, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test automotive systems and components, including engines, transmissions, and chassis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of systems and components.
- Analyze and interpret technical data, including test results and performance metrics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues related to automotive systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality protocols.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and industry trends.
- Assist in the supervision and mentoring of junior engineers and technicians.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in automotive engineering, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of automotive systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with electric and hybrid vehicle systems.
- Certification in automotive engineering or related disciplines.
- Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
