Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Loan Agent to join our team, focusing on assisting clients with their vehicle loan applications, providing guidance on loan terms, eligibility, and documentation, and ensuring smooth processing. The candidate should possess strong communication and customer service skills, with attention to detail in handling loan documents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in loan application processes for vehicle purchases.
• Review and verify client eligibility and documentation.
• Explain loan products, terms, and interest rates to customers.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on pending applications.
• Work closely with finance and sales departments to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Loan Agent or in a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive financial information.
• Familiarity with loan processes and documentation.
